LOCAL ORDERS
We offer free shipping for all our clients in Bulgaria. You can pick up your order from our atelier at 2 Strahil voyvoda Str, Sofia or choose the ‘delivery to your door’ option. This usually takes 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We aim to process your order as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation. Some of our products are handmade and made to order and we ask you to allow us minimum of 4 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
MISSING PARCELS
It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. GARDEROB cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
