PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

GARDEROB aims to be as accurate as possible when describing the products featured on our site. However, GARDEROB does not guarantee that the product description or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserves the right to modify without prior notice.

COLORS

Every effort has been made to portray the colors of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, color accuracy depends on screen calibrations and standards, GARDEROB cannot guarantee that all screen display of color will match the garment exactly.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right you can easily return it back to us for an exchange or refund. See below for our full terms and conditions, and instructions for how to return an item.

You may return your online order within 14 days of your delivery date. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return your order as we do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

All items must be returned clean, with no makeup, deodorant or perfume stains, unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached.

Items marked as ‘final sale’ in the product description are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

All customized orders are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of arriving back to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed back via your original payment method. Exchanges can be made for size and color only, and are subject to availability at the time of processing.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are issued in Bulgarian levs/EURO), for use on GARDEROB site only (www.garderobdesign.com).

Gift cards are activated at the time of purchase and remain open for a period of 12 months unless specified otherwise.

Whole or partially redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If the gift card is for a lesser amount than the desired purchase, the recipient is required to pay the difference at checkout via alternative payment methods.

Gift cards should be treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. GARDEROB will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.

Items bought with GARDEROB gift cards can be exchanged but not refunded.

GARDEROB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

COMPETITIONS

The following conditions apply to gift cards issued through competitions held on social media:

Prize offered as online store gift card.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Whole or partially redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.

No refunds or exchanges on items purchased with gift cards issued from competitions.

Gift card can be used in several operations.

To be used on full price items only.

RESALE POLICY

By placing an order on www.garderobdesign.com you accept the following terms and conditions. Products purchased on www.garderobdesign.com are for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we feel Terms and Conditions have been breached.

REPAIR PROGRAMME

We accept garments sent by courier or post. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs.

This service applies to GARDEROB garments only. This service excludes tailoring and alterations. Garments are subject to evaluation prior to accepting repair and must be clean. We cannot repair rips, fabric flaws, pills or marked garments. Repairs are done by hand and may require up to 14 working days for completion.

Garderob Design Ltd is not responsible for purchases that are unable to be processed due to technical difficulties with the website or unavailability of products. GARDEROB shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access this website. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the website, your use of or reliance on the website or any of the information or materials available on the website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
